Because each item is handcrafted through an intensive 5+ hour process of precision printing and manual hand-sanding, we cannot accept general returns. However, we stand by our work—if your order arrives with defects or damage, please contact us with photo proof (including a date stamp matching your delivery date) within 48 hours of arrival, and we will make it right
